The Advisory Committee and other adult volunteers cover a big age range, from people in their 20s to those in their 70s. Some are retired, but the majority are currently employed, and most are Latinos. Their jobs include working for local governments or non-profit organizations, running a small business, serving as a manager at IBM, working in a music store, being a stay-at-home mom, and teaching or studying at a high school or college.

The Project Coordinator is Marjorie McIntosh, a retired Distinguished Professor of History at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
